Caleb Holmes Reporting for Duty History

Caleb almost never had a family since he was a orphan for the most of his life. He was found on the door step of a foster home. His mother was found a few days later dead in a ally while his father died 2 months before he was born.

As he grown up in the foster home for several years, his hopes of being adopted disappeared with every year he stayed there. Most of the time he sat next to a window and watched the other children with their parents play at the park across the street and his friends being adopted. Once he turned 8 years old he gave up all hope in being adopted and ran away from the foster home. Ironically the day he ran away a family wanted to adapt him after a few days of thinking.

Caleb spent about 2 years on the streets of San Frisco. During the end of his second year, and fighting for survival he walked into an ally to die since he wasn't able to eat anything for months and his bones shown since he was so malnourished and the older kids stole anything he could find or if someone gave him something to eat. He watched the beautiful blue sky turn into darkness. The Hunger pains was finally going to end and he was ready to get away from this world.

Mean while as Caleb laid in an ally to die, a man and wife managed to notice him and took him home. As the couple tried to feed him, Caleb was only able to eat soup since it hurt to chew. But after a few months, he was back to his old self and he found his family since the couple adopted him. The Ironic part was the couple that found him was the couple that was going to adopt him 2 years ago.

With the help with his new parents, Caleb was able to excel in school and was eventually able to join Star Fleet at the age of 18. When Caleb was 20 and after he was done studying for a exam with a friend. Caleb came across a crying girl (Nacama) in the hall that everyone seem to my ironing so Caleb went to her to see what was wrong.After the girl was finished Caleb Barged into the room where the girl was crying outside of and found another man in the room that had the girl's sister (Jane) tied up and was ready to rape her. After a long physical fight, Caleb came out on top and took the sister to the nearest hospital where she came to and they locked eyes for the first time. From that day on, they was in love.

After a year into their relation ship Caleb was assigned to the Uss Pellaeon where he served as an engineering officer. But this great left had to come to a end when the crew mutinied against the the Captain. Caleb followed orders during the mutiny but when he was captured, he was tortured to near death. they removed his left leg below the knee with out numbing it and drilled out his right eye. They actually puled out Caleb's heart with out detaching it so he was force to watch what they done to him. As a fellow ship managed to send security teams over to the Pelleaon a Mutineer had a Phaser set to maximum pointed at Caleb's head. as the security team member shot the mutineer the Phaser went off disintegrating Caleb's right arm leaving a little arm stub.

When he returned to earth to a crying girlfriend, he told her to leave and move one but she stayed with him and wouldn't leave his side. AS he received his implants, and a whole year later, Jane and Caleb got married and join the Crew of Uss Voyager A. During his time on Voyager A, Jane and Kina designed him new implants that had artificial nerve endings and artificial skin plates so it would look and feel like they was Caleb's real body parts except for his eye. After a few months he got into a fight with his future brother in-law causing him to lose his heart and was replaced with a artificial heart since his real heart was strained from being outside of his body on the Pellaeon..

As Voyager A returned, the ship was under fire and the warp core was about to breach. Caleb stayed behind to try to delay the warp core explosion as the crew including Jane (Pregnant with John and Lara). AS he entered engineering of Voyager A for the last time and tried to slow down the breach. The room was on fire and it was walling apart. And during the process a metal beam fell, pinning him to the floor and burning him. As all hope was lost and he accepted his fate until Cryax came to rescue him and managed to escape with their lives.

After he had healed and failed to get assigned to the same star ship as his wife, Caleb and Jane resigned from star fleet to raise their children on the Tersures Colony right after John and Lara was born. about after 2 years of living on the colony, their old Captain Alexander Linderholm paid them a surprise visit and welcomed them to watched the launch of Uss Voyager B and it turns out to be their life saver since the Borg destroyed the Colony completely.
